This is a guest review from my friend Kim. She’s a mom to four kids, from highschool age to toddler, and with a little one on the way in the new year.
Having worked in the customer service industry for 20+ years I am usually hard on companies and it takes a lot to impress me. NailPolishCanada.com did just that. First my order was here within a week of ordering. When I opened my package there was a hand written note thanking me for my order and some candy canes for me and my daughter. I love when a company shows me I matter and I am appreciated.
We ordered several bottles of Piggy Paint. The product surpassed my expectations and I was very pleasantly surprised. I was anxious to try the Piggy Paint because I was looking for a more natural alternative to the many toxic options out there for nail polish. My daughter has always bit her nails and I was worried about what she may be consuming. She also likes to secretly paint her little brothers nails when I’m not looking. I wanted an option I felt I could trust on little ones.
After reading all about the great benefits :
Fun, vibrant colours
Dries to a hard, durable finish
Safe for use during Pregnancy!
I was sold but still hesitant about the product itself thinking maybe it just wasn’t as good as a regular polish. So we picked out four of her favourite colours. Which I might add was very difficult, they have some amazing colours (I was expecting some “earthy” shades but there are even glow in the dark ones!) We chose Ice Cream Dream, LOL, Sea-quin, and Glamour Girl. They were exactly what they had looked like in the pictures. She loved them (and frankly so did I).
Well she used it on everyone in the house doing toes and nails and I must say it held up extremely well! It did last longer on toes than it did nails but really regular polish does that as well. I found it only needed maybe two coats and some only one. It did dry fast which was a bonus as well. The only time I did smell the product (and I’m pregnant so I smell everything) was when her brother dumped an entire jar of it in her room. Hint it is as natural as mud but still stains sheets LOL.
Overall, I would certainly buy it again and would recommend it to a friend! You can get Piggy Paint for $10.75 a bottle from NailPolishCanada.com.
