Back in June when we visited Blue Mountain, one of the places we had lunch at was Kikaku Sushi Bar. (Yes, my kids like to eat sushi. Love it actually.) Near the end of the meal the chief appeared at our table and created this treat right before our eyes. Using a blowtorch to sear the fish and then topping it with a sweet mango sauce. Remarkable ending to an enjoyable meal.
