Did you know that April is Oral Health Month? I’m pretty on top of my kids oral health routine, but I’m terrible for sticking to my own. My dental hygienist has been scolding me about flossing. And I don’t even mind flossing, I actually sort of enjoy flossing, but I still forget to do it often enough. Anyone else guilty?
We’ve all heard the routine: dentists recommend brushing twice daily for two minutes, flossing once daily and using a rinse. I just read that only three in ten Canadian adults floss at least once a day, and about one in every two Canadian adults have gingivitis, which was a bit surprising to me. Apparently I’m not the only own who’s lax in the flossing department.
Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss is clinically proven to help reverse gingivitis in two weeks as part of a comprehensive dental routine.
Oral-B Glide Pro Health Clinical Protection Floss slides up to 50 percent more easily in tight spaces versus the leading floss.
Hubby prefers those little plastic dental picks, but I prefer “real” floss that I can wrap around my fingers. I’m going to give the Oral-B Glide Pro-Health Clinical Protection Floss a try, and I’ll let you know how I make out on my next visit with the dental hygienist.
Did you know that how you take care of your teeth can affect your entire body? Crest and Oral-B Health have partnered with National Television Host and Practicing ER Physician Dr. Travis Stork to help highlight the connection between Canadians’ oral care habits and their overall body health. Keep an eye on the Oral-B Facebook page for tips, advice, and videos from Dr. Stork.
